Stage 01 Diamond Cultivation

From Seed Crystal to Premium Rough Diamonds

Our lab-grown diamonds are cultivated using advanced CVD and HPHT technology under precisely controlled environments, ensuring uniform crystal quality and maximum brilliance. Each growth cycle is carefully monitored by experienced technicians to maintain color, clarity, and crystal structure consistency.

We use sustainable, traceable production processes that minimize environmental impact while maintaining scalable output for global jewelry supply. Every rough diamond is inspected before moving to cutting and polishing, ensuring only the highest-quality stones enter production.

  • Advanced CVD reactors for high-purity diamond growth
  • HPHT production systems for stable crystal formation
  • Post-growth treatment support for color optimization
  • Traceable rough diamond supply for manufacturers and cutters

Stage 05 — Quality

Nothing Ships Without Passing Six Checks

Every loose diamond and every finished jewelry piece passes a structured, documented quality inspection before leaving our facility. We do not rely on final-stage visual inspection alone — quality is verified at each production transition point.
Stone Grading Verification

Stone Grading Verification

Certificate matches stone

Every stone’s IGI report is verified against the physical stone using the laser-inscribed girdle number. Color and clarity re-checked under standardised lighting conditions.

Casting Dimension Check

Casting Dimension Check

Before stone setting begins

Cast metal components are measured against the approved CAD dimensions. Any piece outside tolerance (±0.05mm) is rejected before the setting stage, eliminating downstream failure.

Setting Security Test

Setting Security Test

10× loupe inspection on every piece

Every prong is checked for height, symmetry, and grip security under 10× magnification. Pavé and channel settings tested for stone movement. Any loose stone is immediately reset.

Surface Finish Inspection

Surface Finish Inspection

Polish and rhodium quality

Final surface polishing quality checked under directional light. Scratches, casting pits, or surface oxidation require re-polishing before the piece can proceed to hallmarking.

Hallmarking & Certification Match

Hallmarking & Certification Match

Metal purity stamped and verified

18K or Pt950 hallmark stamped on clasp, shank, or appropriate location. Hallmark confirmed to match specification. IGI report number cross-checked against girdle inscription one final time.

Final Pre-Ship Inspection

Final Pre-Ship Inspection

Full visual + documentation review

Complete final inspection by a senior QC manager: overall appearance, packaging integrity, certificate matching, and shipment documentation. QC sign-off required before any consignment is released.
