The L3000 Servo II is a high-performance ultrasonic welding machine featuring 7 advanced welding modes, intelligent quality control, digital amplitude adjustment, and robust servo-driven precision—designed for demanding industrial applications.
7 welding modes: time, energy, stop vibration, Xn, multi-stroke, absolute stroke, differential stroke (Servo II)
Open signal ports for safety grating, acoustic enclosure, base film weld detection and roll film, which can be switched on or off according to requirements
Quality control function: monitoring of frequency, ultrasonic time, energy, power, welding stroke, pressure and other status output parameters as analysis results
Quality control function: the upper and lower limits of welding parameters can be set, and the system automatically determines whether the welding effect is qualified or not according to the limits, and gives a judgment signal
