Principle of Ultrasonic Welder

Ultrasonic welding, which converts the mains AC (220-240V, 50/60Hz) into a high-frequency and high-voltage signal through the power supply box, and then converts the signal into a high-frequency mechanical vibration through the transducer system, which is added to the plastic product to make it High- speed friction occurs between the two parts of the plastic product, and the temperature rises. When the temperature reaches the melting point of the product itself, the interface of the product is melted rapidly, and the product is cooled and shaped under a certain pressure, thereby achieving perfect welding.

Ultrasonic electric box: (also known as generator)

It is used to drive the ultrasonic transducer to vibrate, and its power is transmitted to the transducer by generating a sinusoidal (or similar to sinusoidal) signal of a certain frequency.
