This is a desktop laser plastic welding machine (Novolas TTS series), a precision non-contact welding device designed for thermoplastic workpieces with high requirements for welding accuracy, appearance integrity and sealing performance. Its core principle is to use a laser beam to penetrate the upper transparent plastic and generate heat at the lower welding surface, fusing the contact surfaces into one.
The main welding principle of laser plastic welding is "transmission welding". The laser and working unit of this equipment are separate and independent, allowing for easy plug-and-play installation on the production line.
Equipped with a PLC control system, supporting visualized parameter setting and storage, with precise adjustment of laser power and scanning path to adapt to welding needs of different workpieces.
Uses laser as the heat source, no direct contact with the workpiece, avoiding mechanical stress, workpiece deformation and damage, resulting in smooth and aesthetically pleasing welds.
Features a closed protective housing, emergency stop button and laser safety warning device, ensuring safe and reliable operation in compliance with industrial safety standards.
