A dual-frequency ultrasonic welding device (20kHz/40kHz switchable) is used to optimize welding energy and pressure; the bonding surface is pretreated to enhance molecular fusion and ensure welding strength ≥25MPa.
By integrating with the MES system and visual inspection, the entire process is automated; welding parameters are monitored in real time, and the yield is controlled below 0.5%.
Customized molds allow for precise adjustment of welding frequency and amplitude, optimizing pressure transmission for thin-walled/irregularly shaped parts.
