Lingke Ultrasonics is dedicated to building a leading-edge intelligent factory for ultrasonic technology. Our facility integrates research, engineering, production, and testing into one smart manufacturing system—driven by automation, data, and precision. With a focus on scalability and digital control, we aim to set new standards in intelligent welding equipment manufacturing and global supply capability.
Equipped with 104 CNC machining centers, 8 CNC turning-milling compound machines, 2 precision grinders, 2 precision milling machines, and over 10 general-purpose machines, supporting efficient production of complex components.
With an annual output of 15,000 units, we operate the largest production capacity in the ultrasonic plastic welding industry, ensuring fast delivery and high-volume fulfillment.
Key components such as ultrasonic presses, control boxes, machine frames, and converters are independently developed and manufactured to ensure product consistency and quality control.
All critical parts are sourced from top three international brands, enhancing overall machine performance, durability, and reliability to meet demanding welding applications.
Service centers have been established in and other regions at home and abroad, forming a complete global joint guarantee network.
